Yahoo Japan switched to web search as default

As of 10/3 Yahoo Japan is now showing SERPs from its spider rather than listing directory hits 1st.

Glad I only paid for 1 listing.....

Time to refocus on SEO for yahoo.

I haven't kept up with the other Yahoos...was Yahoo Japan the last one to switch?

Thanks for the heads-up David. That SERP change should change things for a lot of people. The Japanese SEO world seems to be taking it calm enough though. This has been expected for a while now.
