I am a non-us from abroad and want to start my own business in US, before I incorporate in Delaware, I want to understand the following TAX questions.

1. If I incorporate in Delaware (LLC), do I need to pay TAX for the earning of my company? For example, If I signup an google AdSense account or earn money from CJ affiliate program, how much TAX need I pay for, zero, 30%?

2. If I need to pay TAX, How and when should I pay?

3. If I do not need to pay TAX, why these company (google, CJ) ask for TAX ID (for my case, it is the E.I.N of my company)? If I sign up their account as an LLC, I need to fill W-9 TAX form, isn't it? Does this mean they will deduct the TAX from my earning automatically and I won't take care of the TAX problem, right?

4. About the W-9 TAX form. If I incorporate in Delaware, I will use my home address outside America. Does this mean I have to use the same foreign address to fill all W-9 form? Can I use a US mail forwarding address or my friend's address? (I have this question because the W-9 form only accept address of USA)

Thanks but I've already decided Delaware. (Because most agents recommend DE)

We incorporated in DE 2 years ago.
We are non residents and non US citizens.
We Bank in the US and have only ever paid the DE state fee(ANNUALLY $250 I think) plus the agents registration fees(again annually $175)
No tax demand has ever been made or is due.
