As I see, I have to optimize the Code which isn't going to be easy, and to make URL rewrite.
All other things, like SEO layout, good sitemap and using of meta taggs, many pages, visitors, backlinks.
Everything. And MSN and Yahoo indexed about 700 sites, but Google just 4!
Can someone find a such huge mistake?

You mention "700 sites". Did you mean "700 pages within my site"?
You say that you need to "optimize your code". What do you mean by this? Please be specific.
As far as "search-engine layout", search engines look for navigation that people can follow. If your links lead naturally to useful content, then the search-engine spiders will follow those links, find the content, and index the pages.
There is nothing we can "see" on your site that would tell us what sorts of in-links you have. In-links come (ideally) from "quality" sites liking what you have to offer.
If you have 700+ pages, then you have "enough" pages, as long as they each contain useful content. (My site is well-ranked, and I don't have even five hundred pages.)
A quality site takes time to build, as does its reputation. You don't say how long your site has been up, but you should be prepared to wait months for solid growth to kick in.
