what to do with megaSite's OLD data impacting our site

megaSite using us to gain position

In the last month or so, when looking for keywords in our area of business along with our domain name, I have noticed one particular "mega-site", <edited>, has OUR old Overture ads that were indexed via G. The cache on these pages is Nov 05 and they are NOT supplemental.

Does G not update these pages? When you go to the current page, our site does not appear, so a customer looking for us will not get to us, yet they are getting a boost with our keywords and name.

They seem to be floating up above us for many of the products we sell.

What is the best way to deal with advertising appearing on a competitive "mega site"?
