I have a 6 month old site with a PR of 5 and a lot of internal pr of 5 + 4s. Recently I noticed a few of my pages are pr 6 (using <an online tool>) - bore out when testing accross all datacentres.

I've never noticed this before - anyone else? Can someone tell me what's happening?

In all likelihood, it means you are picking up internal links to that page. Remember, PageRank is defined by the PAGE, not the domain. There is the other possibility of a bug in the toolbar PR, but you are seeing this on all DCs, so I don't think it's a bug.

Congratulations - that's a sign of a health site.

Glad to hear it!

I feel I use the "full-web-design" principle correctly and share the PR to all the pages so I am happy it's healthy.

Unfortunately I too am seeing a drop on pages in the index using the site command - down from 200 to 65. I've moved my sitemap to the root level to see what happens over the next few weeks.

I wonder if you can help me with another isue - one of my sites in google just shot to the very top of the serps for a very competitve keyword but the domain is included as www.www.mydomain.com.

Why is this - not that I'm complaining but Id rather know what the issue was rather than just thank my lucky stars.
