does google follow /index2.html

Was wondering if anyone knew if googlebot followed /index2.html or http://example.com/index2.html
I have all my internal links to other pages with the /sitepage.html format versus putting the http://example.com/sitepage.html could that stop the googlebot from indexing my whole site?

Both formats are followed.

However, if your URLs all start with a / then you also ought to add a <base> tag to every page to clarify the full base domain that they actually belong to.
