Some pages have no PR

Some pages have no PR and some do

Over the last three to four months the pr of my site has been fluctuating between 0 and 4. I know google was or is re-indexing so I thought things would level off after a short time. T

hroughout the past month or so the pr has stayed the same, at 4, for some pages and 0 for other pages... I'm concerned about the pages that have remained at 0.

Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated...

Look to see if all the pages are getting indexed. Also compare incoming links to the two types of pages. Are there different amounts or types of links to the PR4 and PR0 pages? Using a different technology to link to them?
