Yes, it's like the Coop network. The difference is that google will be going after coop and these smaller ones will most likely fly under the radar because they aren't worth google's time.

These networks work great if your site is already indexed and ranking for some phrases. If you have enough weight in the networks you can rank for about just anything you want. And it's free :)

co op links work great as they are 1 way links and not from links pages and come from many places on other members sites not the usual recip directory. Bad but hard to detect IMO.

Just curious, wouldn't the fact that the links change with each page load make them easy to detect?

I guess googlebot would have to refresh every page on the internet to look for the script and that would be extra bandwidth when they are trying to save.I know the other link co ops I have used work ok. There is one or 2 that I know of that have static links only.
