Page rank but no cache

Just wondering what to look out for here - dirty tricks and the like that might be goin on or legitimate reasons why there is no cache.

The only thing i notice from these type of sites is that they are always using the meta revisit tag. I understand most search engines ignore this though so thats probably nothing to do with it.
