Originally, I'd say 2 months ago most of our results where supplemental results. 4 weeks ago G started indexing our pages and got rid of all our supplemental results.
About two weeks ago it started all over again. We have only 24 pages of our site indexed and the rest, appox. 600 pages which are non existing url's are listed G database and being marked as supplemental results.
G is not listing our valid url's and are keeping to 24 pages of our existing site. Is thier something I may be doing wrong? Any suggestions on how to get G indexing our site again?

This is not something you are doing wrong. This is google's problem. Lots of webmasters are going thru the same thing. I even broke down and went the google sitemaps route to see if I was causing some error. Google reports NO errors. It's a problem they are having with their index. Somewhere things either really got fouled up or they are starting a whole new perception on indexing websites.
I tend to believe it's a foul up because I have not seen it affect every site in my niche...but a few of them.

Thanks Texasville,
So I guess we are stuck. It's totally discusting.. Why isn't G at least letting us know what they are doing, I see everyone panicking lately..

Have you checked out all the possible technical issue that you can do something about? Many of them are listed in these threads:

Checklist for Sudden Drops in Rank [webmasterworld.com]
Dropped from Google - a checklist to find out why [webmasterworld.com]
Dropped Site Checklist [webmasterworld.com]
The url-only problem [webmasterworld.com]

Yes, it may well be Google's back end problem, but it's always good to do a self check-up.

Exactly. But google can't go public and say that their engine has thrown a rod. Their stock would plummet like a rock. And y and msn would gain a lot of ground in the user wars. But it is true.
