Have you noticed affiliate urls showed up in the backwards links

Hi Guys,

I have noticed affiliate URLs send out from my site is catching as backwared links in Google.

What do you think?
What is going to be the consequences?
And maybe solutions for that

My understanding is that CJ servers have the noindex meta tag to disallow bot crawl.

that doesnt stopp google indexing all my tagged urls

Seems like google is following all redirect to the end and consider them as a link from the site who send the link to the redirect
