Will google ban me if my site got too many internal links?

I am going to start a new site with many internal links.

All links with a same URI but with different Query String like this:

[mysite.com...]

The possible outcome of p1, p2 and p3 are 100, 1000 and 1000 so number of internal links around 100,000,000!

Will google ban me if I got such large number of internal link?

No, but Google won't spider 100,000,000 pages, if you PageRank isn't very high (I guess you would need PR9, PR10 or even more...). Also, likely you would get duplicate content problems.

Also creating 100,000,000 new pages with unique content isn't realistic in my eyes.

By the way, I would always use mod_rewrite instead of dynamic URIs.
