Google Portal view?

I was logged in and got a portal view

They showed me weather, and personalized news, etc.

And then I had to click a button upper-right to get the "Classic View".

YUCK!

LOL. Yeah it does seem a quiet thread considering! But was it just not the "Personalised View" you saw (link - top right on G homepage)?

It would make sense, since they've got a email, chat, news, and a calender now! They are bringing back the 90s!

I'm waiting for the day when you get entered into a drawing for a MILLION dollars everytime you search, they can call it G-won!

I'm convinced that they pulled all of the good engineers off of the search projects and have them working on "G Hit Counters" its going to be the wave of the future! After that is released to BETA word on the street is that they are going to develop the G-Guestbook feature for their adsense publishers as well.
