The long answer involves using the url removal console.
Which is really a url hiding tool and not always availible.
Be very careful in using the tool, as you ain't going to be able to undo it.
The urls will come back in 6 months, so repeated application is/may be required.
i cant wait 6 months -- not even 6 hours

First, it doesn't take 6 months to hide the urls using the console.
Didn't you read my stickymail to you?
Consider yourself lucky that there is a way to at least hide the urls from the search system.
Google could have said well use the robot controls and when we get around to fully indexing your site again the pages will be gone if you got all of the robot meta tags changed correctly.
