New Google Search Listings?

Anyone seen this before?

There is almost two paragraph's for the listing, around 350 characters. There is also something under the site that says "Inside this site:" and it lists four links pertaining to the business. Under that there is a search bar that says search this site. Finally underneath this is the actual URL of the site with the normal cached and similar pages links that Google supplies.

I found this listing when searching in Chicago. It is not present in a data center in Wisconsin so it must be some kind of local search?

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

It can't be a local search, as it looks nothing like the other local searches that I have seen.

Has anybody else seen this?

I have seen this appear and disappear over the last couple of months. Usually when I am searching on a high return search. Like a top ten search. I think it is a test dc being switched around.
