Different rankings in different countries?

Is it possible that for particular Keyword, we see different rankings in different countries at Google.com or any other search engine.

I am very well aware that a minor difference is natural...Is a major difference possible here?..like #5 in one country and #50 in other!

Even, i am experinecing such probs in yahoo.com too!

Any suggestiions here?
