established site. new subdomains. sandbox?

will google sandbox new subdomains?

we have a site that is 2+ years old which ranks in google pretty well. some time ago we have added new subdomains.
will they get sandboxed?
i had good experience with subdomains from the start of the website but not with new ones added during the run.

Yes, in my experience newly launched subdomains have the same hurdles to clear as a new principle domain would.

I can confirm this, I have an 8 year old domain and last November created 2 subs they are both "sandboxed"
