Old, but good advice for SEO!

Aprox. one month ago a guy reposted an old webmasterworld-forum-links with some old, but still good advices for optimizing. I think the advices was from 2001 or something, but people where quite suprised how good they still were.

I have tried to find the old post, but I can't. Can anybody remember the post?
