Does Google have any problem with an incomplete sitemap?

I guess if I upload I partial sitemap will I be panalized?

I mean google crawls for instance 100 pages, but what about if my sitemap isn't so accurate and it contains 50 pages?

Does googlebot continue to crawl them (I think so)?

There should be no problem with a partial sitemap.
