hi
i have bunch of .co.uk domains i am working on.. and today i observe that all the inner page PR is much higher then INDEX PAGE.

where

Index Page PR = 4 Inner page PR = 6

Index Page PR = 3 Inner Page PR = 5

totally strange.

I so long observed it in my site for years so I used to belieaved that it is actually pretty regular.:)

To be true a couple a weeks ago my home page at last got the average PR.

But if to believe Google sitemap report the highest PR in the last month had my xml feed!

So it seems PR of different pages are rather independent and it is rather common to have PR of the index page lower than inner pages.

Explained in the update thread.

The latest PR update has updated pages with no PR while the pages with existing PR remain unchanged. (EG. You existing pages are showing an old calculation still)
