Google Cache dates back to 2004

Is there a way that I could get Google to show a more updated cache for my site? It currently shows pages cached in 2004.

Sometimes I get requests to remove things to promote privacy, and the problem is that the information is still available in the cache. Google should refresh it's cache at least once a year, if not more often!

Can I email Google and ask for it to remove its cached pages from my site for 2004 and 2005? If so, where would I email?
