Escaping the supplemental index

How can it be done

My sites in teh supplemental index and has been there for appears to be an age, I think around a year.

Ive done all that I know, i.e creating new and individual meta tags, but its still there.

Any ideas?

No magic bullet, I have come and gone through supplemental hell acouple of times, not sure why. 301 redirects and duplicate content solutions essential. there is a very long thread on supplemental hell with the Big daddy update with alot of possible approaches to getting relisted in the real index.
