Socially, I help to moderate a forum. Every now and then we get "false" userids created whose sole purpose seems to be carrying a web site address. Two this morning, two differnt URLs both of which point to the same text that says it's a "placeholder" for that URL. Neither userid has made a post on the forum or even visited it, that I can see. We're using the "read a GIF and type it in" sort of verification, so these things are being put there by human beings.
I regard these links as spam. Would Google take any action on the domain names if I sent them in?
