File names more heavily weighted during updates?

For the past year, filenames seem heavily weighted during updates, it seems to settle back down after the update is finished. Search for php by itself and you'll see some strange results on pages 2 or 3 because of the file extensions.

It may have something to do with links to those pages too, there may be a lot that link to foo.com/index.php in the link text.

It settles down after the update is finished and most of those sites seem to drop.

Are you noticing this about keywords anywhere in the file name, or just the file extension?
