Hi,

I'm a programmer and use google all the time to do research on topic to solve my progamming problems.
If I want to find something for the PHP language I use to search for "some search term php" and most of the time it gave me usefull results.

I have just discovered that it gives too much weight to the URL of the page. The top results are all pages that have the extention php but don't have the world php on the page. Results are useless.

It also highlight the extentions. (I don't know is this is something new. I didn't notice this before...)

The same for asp.

I just wanned to share this...

Earlier tonight I did a search that I knew should give about 60 000 results.

I got 1 to 24 of about 24.

Some Google datacentes seem to have a large chunk of data missing.
