No panic. Google is fixing this problem and I´m sure that this problem is solve in a few days.....

My status - actual site pages: 1,080

BD DCs - 280 pages with 80 being supplemental
Non BD DC - 1,030 pages

GBot Activity as of March 11th

Mozilla GBot - 1,447 pages
Googlebot 2.1 - 1,064 pages

Not sure what they fixed, if anything.

Some pages coming back in the last 24 hours. More pages will probably come back in the next few days.

WOW, 5 months post Jagger and webmasters are just happy that pages can be crawled and indexed.

Still no across the board complete conical fix, ancient supplemental issues, 404 pages, it just goes on and on and on.....

Google, please tell me you have something big around the corner. The past 5 months efforts have yielded very little value in the quality of the serps for your users.

One of my sites has recovered completely after being reduced to supplemental only from 21/22 Feb. The index page was the only one ranking

Now everything is completely restored including the ranking BUT there are less of the back end / stray supplementals that were there before 21 Feb.

So the index count is down - but trimmed to the bone showing only "good" non-supp pages and a handful of the supp's (before I had dozens).

Still early days - I doubt this adjustment is over yet. There may be more surprises to come

Forgot to add that the "recovery" for me has now been rolled out across all DC's on MCDAR.

This am (GMT) there were a handful of DC's showing older Bid Daddy serps. Now the adjustment seems to have been rolled out fully. For me at least

We have seen a huge lift in page numbers in BigDaddy DCs. We are just about 100% recovered after about two weeks of sweating...

I am back too but even more supplemental than before 3000 real pages, before BD 10,000 indexed now 14,000 indexed, this is keeping me nervous

I have a question to those which have left the Supplemental hell:

Have the pages which appeared again a new cache (without exception) -> crawled in the last 4-5 days?

Or did also pages return with older caches?

hmm I just made a search on google.fr for my domain title widgets widgets and then I found the site on p.7, but the title where also the same as the keywords i searched, but my real title is nothing like that.

Today reporting as 528 pages on BD with 80 being supplemental. An improvement! I'm going to try to avoid weather reports, but this is the first positive movement for me on a BD center in months now.

The sites I have seen come back show some pages with Cache dates before March.

So it was not just the case of newly crawled pages being added to the serps but some pages being added back in.

BillyS - apart from this supplemental issue, IMO Big Daddy has been very stale for changes ever since launch in November time.

I have noticed here the last hours, I get more hits for my old site which was hit by non www, 302bug and hijackers, but not ranked well, so page 7 to 26 it could look like a ranking without PR and when the PR gets online it will rank somewhat as before the troubles google had.

the results are mostly on autralia and france

Zeus - is that site still largely supplemental?

I do get the feeling that on Big Daddy the structure is in place for those types of problems to be resolved - it is just the crawling and the rank is not.

No changes on my sites. Guess google has not fixed much at all

Has anyone who was hit on March 8th recovered even little?

Sites which have used my articles, even have "Source: MY site" - Google ranks them on top now!

My site is also recommend on Microsoft.com

...and Google has put all my pages in Supplemental.

No changes for my Site, still all supplemental except the homepage.

Yes I confirm the recovery here. All my pages except home and supplementals were desindexed from big daddy on March 3.

Some came back on march 11, and since them more and more pages are slowly, but surely, showing up again with their original ranking.

The fix seems on its way.

Strange thing, based on their cache, it looks like some pages re-appear in their pre-desindexing version, and others re-appear as the result of a new crawl.

No improvement as yet. The result count did increase by 10 pages. Strange.

Dayo its on google - australia, cannada and france, but I have not done a site:mydomain because of the flux so I can not be sure what is real.

Hello,

I am seeing changes on a site I have been working with. Results are slightly different amongst datacenters, but the home page only indexing with supp's has been corrected. Cached pages are showing somewhere between March 4 and March 6. Hope this helps

Ok I just looked and my site looks updated Supplementals are gone and pages reindexed on 3-6 through 8th. I noticed this morning searches for products pages that were gone before are showing back up.I am sure the fix is on the way for this Issue I know there are others with other issues and Pray they will be solved as well.

All my pages are back now with caches all current. Back as of 3-12 AM.
Today my pages are starting to crawl back into the the pre supplemental disaster serp position. Not all, but at least some and my traffic is increasing.
I was definately in the dumper before yesterday.
Hang in there all, hopefully more good news is on the way.

Answer to question below Started happening on Friday. All catched pages are current last 4-5 days. looks like Google Site Map being used better as pages gone that were old or dead.

Lost 10,000 pages but I feel most of these were old pages or duplicate content issues. My site does not have 12,000 pages it has very close to the site command Google is displaying now.

I did have a fourm at one time but deleted it about 5 months ago this would account for a good number of pages gone.

As of yesterday, my sites have recovered. In fact, many of my k/w's are raking much stronger than they had previously. So I am very happy now. I was very hopeful that patience would pay off and it has. My revenue is back where is was and the outlook is very good if this sticks.
