Hello ,

Recently i have found out that my site does not have a good position in google but maintain a decent position in
msn and yahoo. I was informed that my site has been backlinked to approximately 30 scraper sites which has resulted in bad ranking.

Can anyone advise on how to to be ranked in google again.

Thanks

You lost me completely here.
Are the scraper sites linking to your site?
OR, are YOU linking to them.

In more than one sense, you are who you link to.
Nobody can really prevent bad sites from linking in.
YOU have total control on outgoing links.

As far as I know, Google has no penalty for other sites linking to you,
unless (possibly) they think you are in cahoots with the bad guys. -Larry

Hi 123rank, a couple of quick questions.

Who informed you of the dodgy links? How many links do you have in total?

Use Yahoo and this syntax for a better look at your backlinks than what Google returns:

linkdomain:example.com -site:example.com

?
Why not just get a separate IP address and then you'll know for sure.

If you are using one of those online site builders then you may have hidden links.
