home page has been dropped from the serps

hi all, earlier on this week we found that our position in the serps for our 2 main keywords dropped massively.

the rest of our results seemed to have held thier positions.

both keywords always took people to our home page, now, they are taken to different pages.

ive checked google to see if they index our home page at all now and it seems that its gone, i pasted in our whole title and found that it still didnt find the home page.

changes here and there are always being made to our page as we update our special offers almost everyday, but the general structure of the page does not change.

do i need to ask google to come back to re-index the home page? or do i sit it out and hope?

has anyone else suffered from thier home being booted.
