I operate a forum, and have found over the last week that Google seems to have changed the way they view the site.
Previously the forum was indexed with 000,000's of pages, it is not only showing 000's. The information pages not the forum pages.
Has anyone else noticed this, or have an explaination please?

Are you talking about the pages Google returns with the site: operator? Or are you seeing a complete absence of Google traffic to forum pages that used to get traffic?

Right now (because of Big Daddy, I assume) it seems that some pages still get search traffic even though they don't show up with a site: query. It's a kind of disconnect that probably will straighten out in time.
