Big Daddy - www vs. no-www

Hi

My six month old site has only the home page indexed.
On Big daddy I was happy to see that the site was indexed.
Checking BD today I see that it is now only listing
site:mydomain.com and not site:www.mydomain.com

I have no redirects in place and all IBL are to www.mydomain.com

Should I just sit tight?

Nope! Use 301 redirect in order to avoid content duplication and kill non-www.
