Does anybody know what Google think about domain name registered by a company/person located abroad of US and Canada but aimed to US/Canada audience?
Are you talking about the owner contact, the admin contact, the technical contact?
If you're using a privacy service such as DomainsByProxy your public contacts will be located in the US even though the real ones may not be.
Does Web-site location make any sense for Google?
Physical location of server CAN make a difference.
Not sure about the location of the contacts in the WHOIS - IMHO this is a lot less interesting for a search engine as it's too easy to forge :-)
