Pagerank dropped completely today?

I had a site pretty much sitting for the past 2 years, This morning it was a PR3, I removed my current content and updated it with another design since I was getting ready to sell the site.. Just checked it - It shows 0 as the PR now? What happened? Does google scan for changes so quick? Anyway I can get my PR3 back since it is definely going to affect my sale of the site :(

This is also possible that your website's rank is not 3 on all data center of google . So you are getting different values
