Show user agent Googlebot one set of content

and different content to all other UA's

This is what I would like to do:
I wish to use a rewrite mod to show the user agents for Google, Yahoo and MSN Bots (the only three I care about) all of my sitemaps and other links (all internal, news by month/year, forum post by month/year…) in my footer. This rewrite would default not to show those links to all other user agents. I am posting this in the Google forum as G is by far the very most important to me.

This is why I wish to do this:
Having all of these links in my footer has proved to be very useful from an SEO point.
However, they are getting ugly and somewhat confusing to human users who confuse the footer links with the normal site navigation found above the fold.

My question/concerns:
Could this lead me to trouble with the three SE’s mentioned above?

Ah, I now understand that my intentions are defined as cloaking..., and this thread may have been better suited for the cloaking forum... - sorry
