Getting my site indexed

Hi there,

Running site:www.mysite.com against 66.249.93.104 shows my site fully listed but only shows main page on Google proper as has been the case for the last six months

Background

I have a small site online for about six months.
In the last few months I have been reading up on optimizing it to get it indexed and showing up in SERPS. The site is primarily an off the shelf shopping cart

Currently for my main keywords I am listed on page 11 and site:www.mysite.com only shows the main page

In early December I changed the main page and changed the TITLE DESCRIPTION etc and placed my store in a sub-folder. I submitted a Google sitemap which reports no errors and is verified. Googlebot hits robots.txt and sitemap.xml daily

All inbound links are pointing at my main page.
Adwords is set to point at my main page

Has anyone any suggestions.
I am thinking of

1. Running another Google ADWORD campaign and linking to a deeper page
2. On my main page making my image clickable and entering in Keyword text(cannot remember the HTML command)
