Good work but No Result.Not in Top 1000

Hello Friends,
I hope all you are doing good.
I have website name as www.examplesite.com with Page Rank 4 and with 415 Back links.
This domain is 1 year old and with good link exchange and We have submit in 1000 directory from last 1 year.

But the problem is that we are not in Top 1000 for easy keywords, while I know that we should be in top 100 because I know I have done good job.

Today I find some points.

When I open this website with

Problem 1
examplesite.com ( without using www) ( I am using Google Toolbar and going to see G o o g l e's cache then the page is 1 year old while this page is not available at the server )

www.examplesite.com (Page in G o o g l e's cache is Right Page)

Problem 2

related:http://www.examplesite.com/ ( Showing that No similar website, what does it mean?)

I had work with many website all are in goog position.

So looking for you valuable comments.
