and here's how Google is rendering this link:
http://www.example.com/2006/01/postname/
You can see that in the date format Google is omitting the day of the month & only including the month & yr. Can anyone figure out why this might be happening.
I have registered at Google Sitemaps & my site was verified but it's not being crawled because its content is repeated 2 times. I don't know why this is happening (but I'm trying to figure out how to fix it) & whether the 2 problems have anything to do w. ea. other.
Also, I've just upgraded last night (before the link problem developed) to the latest version of the Wordpress Google Sitemap plugin which auto pings Sitemaps whenever you update yr site.
Could that have caused this? I can't figure out where Google's picking up the wrong permalink format. I'd love to hear anyone's ideas on this.

Now they have gone.
I suspect that they were the results of the duplicate content checking or the canonical URL checking , at least in my case. Some looked as if they were borrowed from the site that I moved from a year ago and that now does not exist.
When I saw these errors I searched and manually deleted the old site links from Google index and deleted several 302 redirections to my site. I really do not know what helped, but now there are no such errors.
