Does mean Google has banned site?

Newbie question

Only recently began to use Google's sitemaps. To understand the process only two sites are listed.

With the first site: search Google returns:

"Your search - site:http://www.-------.com/ - did not match any documents."

According to Google this site has been spidered successfully and shows no problems. Because it doesn't have a link to the domain and the second site does, I'm wondering if this is an indication that that it has been banned for some reason. It's a relatively new site and can't image why it would have a problem.

Any insight or suggestions are welcome.
