Basically "Remove" allows you to remove any result from your search results pages.

You can remove a result for this search only, for any search, and you can also remove the whole domain name from your results permanently.

It seems to only work when you're signed in.

This could potentially be a supertool for google. They know what sites are removed, and they can change the search results depending on what users do.
