Home page PR0 but other pages ranked

Any idea why this happened?

I owned a domain for several years but never got around to developing it until about 4 months ago. Prior to this the domain just had a "coming soon" page on it.

Now I've started added a lot of original content, plus I've also moved some content from a couple of other older domains that I didn't want to use anymore.

Despite this, the home page of this site has always been ranked PR0 even though some of the other pages have ranks of 2-3.

Any suggestions or advice? Thanks.
