can any body help me when google cache a perticular page of a site, actually i have a site at which google crawler has not come for a long time, what should i do for cache these perticular pages....

Do you mean that these pages are already in Google's index but have not been spidered recently? In other words, are you looking for these pages to be indexed for the first time, or to be updated so that the cache reflects recent changes you made?
