I have a pretty good spot2, page1, on google search engine result for a certain keywords, until suddenly I have moved to page2.

My site is purely optimization and dont use money to buy traffic and adwords.

Is this happening because of the URL's placed in page1 now are buying traffics or using adwords?

Google has stated over and over that Adwords and the natural organic search results do not affect each other -- and I believe them. It would really wreak havoc with their business model to let these two sides of their searfh business affect each other.

Also, whatever traffic meaurement Google may use today, it's most likely focused on how the search results themselves get clicked, rather than measuring other kinds of purchased traffic. Not that they don't have some toolbar data they can use, plus data from desktop search users, and perhaps even some third party traffic data as well. I 'm talking about the main focus of the traffic piece of the algo (which is only one small factor anyway.)

No, I'd say it's more likely to be a change in how the Googl algo ranks your page. This kind of change happens all the time, and it changes back all the time, too -- a phenomenon that's been called "everflux." There are over 100 factors in the algorithm, and even when it's not a big update, the way the different factors are weighted get changed and experimented with.

You may never be able to pin down exactly what has made the difference -- but studying the pages that moved ahead of you is a help. If this is a big drop for you, look at whether some of your backlinks may have lost value in Google's eyes. Some analysis suggests that reciprocal links have been devalued -- not punished, mind you, just not valued as high as they once were.

And then you may do the same search in a few days and see that everflux has given you back page one. If this is a new change, I would give it some time before making changes.

I would definitely run checks on inbound links. Right now google is suffering from everflux in it's pr too. Loss to page 2 is probably very temporary tho.
Might also check your outbound links to see if any of these are broken.

One persons bad news is anothers good news. I have a site that has moved on to the first page for several good queries for the first time. For that to happen other peoples pages had to move down.

Of course I consider these changes to be due to wise and erudite calculations on the part Google's algorithm, elevating relatively new pages of quality to the status they deserve. I doubt the people whose sites moved down after months/years of stability to make space would agree.

It's all a matter of perspective. It's a moving target, you never arrive.
