Hi everyone,

I've came across a problem:

I missed the expiration date of my domain name,so while waiting for the renewal,in a few days my pages have been removed from Google (and other SEs)index ; I renewed the domain 45 days ago:my pages are now indexed in all SEs except Google.
In my opinion it seems to be an excessive time.
Is there any problem with G crawling that I'm not aware?
Am I missing something?
Is there someone else who came across such a problem?

Any helpful advice/opinion will be very appreciated.

Sincerely

texasville

specter- if you read thru some of these threads you will find that google just doesn't seem to be indexing content right now.
New sites are ending up with main page only after a month. Old cache dates. They may be crawling but not indexing. Seems to be a lo of weird stuff going on with the dc's right now.

Thanks for your reply Texasville.

I suspected that something strange was happened but I wasn't sure;
That keeps me cool.
So I only have to wait...

I'd suggest resubmitting the URL to Google to insure a fresh crawl. I know most people around here are skeptical of using the AddURL form, but I've had some positive results when helping sites that have had various indexing problems in Google return to normal. Could be helpful and it could be coincidence, I know, but its an easy step to take and it certainly can't hurt you. Good luck!

Yesterday, I cried about the lack of a newer cache since it had been more than a week due.

Today I got it, after some rather high bot activity during the last two days. At least, the date stamp sais December 12. Cache is still from December 7, but I've actually found most new pages between December 7 and 12 in the index.

What a relief.
