it has now been over a month since i submitted my site to the search engines. but still i have no listing at all in google, even if i type the complete url.. Also i have no PR even though having more than 60 linkings with pr 3+ sites.. I am in MSN and Yahoo directory.. but it just seems google wont know of me... the spiders should have been by the site now.. Is it possible that google simply dislikes and thereby shuts some sites out?
Brgds.

If so, are they crediting your backlinks and such? It sometimes takes a long while for Google to credit you for a backlink but it should have found your URL by now.
Possibly an issue on your site? Feel free to PM me your url and I will take a look.
I would recommend putting your site through a spider simulator to see if there are any obvious issues.

Submission is one of the weakest actions you can take -- I haven't submitted a page for quite a few years. What it takes, most of all, to get indexed and stayed indexed is links from other domains.
Also, I suggest you read up on what has been called the "Google Sandbox" -- a phenomenon on Google that can keep sites from appearing in Google for weeks or months.

Give it a bit more time before you panic. G is slower these days at listing new sites than it once was. You're not dealing with a "sandbox" factor yet - what happens with that is that the site is listed (shows on a search of your URL), but is buried in the serps (search engine result pages - in other words, where you're listed in your intended kw's).
ADDED: And as keywordguru suggested, run a simulator and dig into things, just in case there's a problem on your end.
It's kinda weird, cause if i search using my very specific keyword, all other site that use/link to my site shows up. But none of my site appear in SERP.
I already try sitemap, G does regularly download my sitemap, but not crawling my site yet.
Again, don't panic. Since update Jagger rolled through (or perhaps somewhat before then), G has been crawling less deeply on the regular basis that was part of the "everfresh" we had for over a year. New pages on old sites are taking longer to get listed unless they are linked from top-level pages. It wouldn't be surprising if brand-new sites are now also taking longer to get listed.
