One of my client site shows supplement Result in Google.com...

What is the best way to promote the site ....

Optimization is nearly completed but these is no backword links

From your description, I'd say the site needs some links. It sounds like you already know that, but maybe don't want to accept it? I know that link building is, in general, some of the worst time I've ever spent.

I'd say you are penalized. If you go supplemental- doesn't have anything to do with lack of links- more like dup content penalty or other penalty. Not good.

Well Fine

All of the Pages are out of Supplement Result and Ranked in top 20 with few Keywords but NO where with the keywords CT Scanner OR CT Scanner India
?
Any thing else to do for that Keyword.......

I just want to know why those pages are able run out of Supplemental Results? Did you do anything with that site? or It's from Google successfully fixing Supplemental Results....

I Just optimize the Page with Suitable Meta Text and Do the Little Link Building only not much. I know that the Link building is not goot practice. But to get the Pages out of the Supplement Result Make a Few Link From the Pages that is Easily Cached by the Google. And The Page Should have Some PR>=3......
Better way is to do the best Optimization......

I have had some pages with PR 7 pointing at some old supplemental results for nearly 18 months, and they still show no sign of dropping the supplemental status.
