This was with the default setting of 10 results per page. If I switch to 20 (or more) results per page, the duplicate listing is "removed." Reversing the two keywords did not reproduce the "effect." While I'm used to the SERPs turning into pure rodent poop (and quite repetitive) after about the 500th result, this is the first time I've seen the same listing repeating so soon in the SERPs.
Anyone else notice this sort of behaviour?
I've been playing around some more with this, and I haven't been able to come up with a (completely) different two keyword phrase that reproduces the result. I have discovered though, that depending on which Google you search - be it .com, .co.uk, by IP, etc. - the repeated site is different. This leads me to believe that this is a "feature" of Google, and not something being done by the website(s) in question.
So which you you want? A single #1 listing, or both 10th & 11th? I'll take option 2, Monty!
