Get PR on same on all pages

I know that this isn't a new question so apologies for the repeat, but I haven't been able to get the site-search to work as this site is no longer indexed by Google.

On my home page I have a PR of 4 this is not great but I'm not too upset. The rest of my pages don't have any. What this seems to mean is that when I do a search for my site in Google I always get directed to the home page rather than one of the sub pages which is more relevant to my search. How do I get the same page rank through out my site, is it a matter of getting inbound links to some sub pages?
