Google DMCA Counter Notification

We have found while searching on Google that our two URL has come under DMCA Notice and Google is not showing it. We know that some body has tried to harm us by false DMCA complaints as the content of those pages are about our services.

We have not received any notice from anyone .Further when we click on Google at
"You may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at ChillingEffects.org."
How should we proceed? How can we file Counter Notification with Google as we have not received any notice from anyone? We have made our site search at Google and found that two uRL are missing and at bottom of the search page we find Google declaration for removal.

We are facing this problem as we rank in top 10 and now we see DMCA notice. We have filed Counter notification with Google and waiting How much time google take in solving the situation.
