On Oct. 27 I was taken out of the Google database completely, nothing comes up with site:www.mysite.com, I'm simply out. So I sent a reinclusion request, to which I recieved the stock reply. I then replied to that, just to let them know the canned answers didn't apply and that I still had a problem.
I haven't received anything since that first email. Should I write again? This couldn't have come at a worse time, holiday sales and all....
