I guess I have always had a feeling that Google information was so proprietary, that they would not have time to help little-ole me. Quite the contrary, it seems...Google has become very informative, without revealing too many of their trade secrets. They have Matt Cutts who was very hospitable at the conference this week, always offering to stay late and chat with webmasters. I sensed a level of dedication that surely goes above his jobs/duties description. A dedication that borders on real passion. His talks were very informative and interesting, and Matt always had a smile--even when catching some flak from other competitors.
Great job Matt. This was my first time seeing you, though we didn’t get a chance to speak in person. I have heard others feel the same way about your presentation and we greatly appreciate Google's new movement toward keeping us better informed. The lines of communication are critical to helping us achieve our goals. And the mattcutts/blog was an enormous step forward.
Keep up the good work, Matt. And thanks for the talks in Vegas!
