Strange Page Rank Refer

I have had a number of these types of things showing up in my logs:

GET /search?client=navclient-auto&googleip=P;;20&iqrn=qtnC&orig=0BT8n&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&features=Rank:&q=info:http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Emysite%2Ecom%2F&ch=702385576794 HTTP/1.1 with response code(s) 2 404 responses

I didn’t really think much of it until I put added [google.com...] in front of it. I ended up on a page at google that had the words ‘WARNING’. I’m wondering if this is some type of google error or?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
